-2 tablespoons fresh minced lemongrass (or 1 tablespoon lemongrass powder)
-2 cups water
-3 slices of fresh ginger
-6 cloves
-1 teaspoon of cardamom seeds
-1 teaspoon chopped fresh fennel
-1 teaspoon of honey of bees (optional)


The first thing to do is to place the two cups of water in a pot along with all the ingredients, except honey
Cook over high heat until boiling
Once it has reached the boiling point, simmer, cover the pot and cook between 20 minutes and half an hour (it will be ready when the liquid has been reduced by half)
